Matured in a tawny port cask, this is the 15th bottling in the Ghost Series and was born in the Akashi distillery in 2015, single cask #61966. It actually consists of a combination of a 3 year ex-shochu cask whisky with a 3 year Bourbon barrel whisky, married together for 1 year in the Tawny Port cask.
A fine whisky on its own, and a great addition to Stefan Van Eycken's Ghost Series.
