“Ichi-go Ichi-e” represents the Japanese concept of treasuring the unrepeatable moment, and nicely summarises this blended of over 20 year old malt and grain whiskies from two world-renowned, but now closed distilleries. The malt whisky comes from the Hanyu distillery,  whose stock was saved by Ichiro and brought to his new Chichibu distillery. The grain whisky is from the Kawasaki distillery and was married to the malt to create this great blend.
