The Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is made at the family's Hioki distillery and has been distilled using a combination of unmalted and malted barley, and distilled carefully in a pot still. Matured in new American white oak casks and bourbon barrels, they create a powerful yet gentle new flavour for this whisky.
 
Hioki translates to "Place where picturesque Sun sets"!
