This is Kanosuke's anchor single malt whisky, distilled in Kagoshima, using a combination of the three different pot stills and then a blend of barrels.
The distillery has garnered much attention and respect for the flavour and texture of its whiskys since formal releases began in 2021. A great example of modern Japanese whisky that is a delight on the palate.
