The Matsui is Kurayoshi distillery's brand of excellent Single Malt and this set contains three distinctive single malts from the small distillery: The Peated, Sakura Cask and Mizunara Cask.
 
Finished in casks that were previously used to mature peated Scotch malt whisky, The Peated packs a punch. Sakura, or Japanese cherry wood, is a rare cask type that provides a unique flavour profile of soft fruits, sweet spices and cherry blossoms. Mizunara is one of the rarest cask woods in the world.
 
Each bottle in the collection features a classic Japanese artwork, making for a fantastic set altogether, and an excellent way of tasting a variety of treatments to a great single malt whisky.
